25th Annual Booneville Fall Festival in Booneville
October 15: Complete with a carnival, a 5K run, international turnip green cook-off and live entertainment, Booneville offers something for everyone this Saturday. Located in historic downtown Booneville, vendors will be set up and fun will be had from 9 am to 10 pm.
Dogtrot Rockabilly Festival in Tupelo
October 15: Music, food and fun are the three words to describe the Dogtrot Rockabilly Festival! There will be many activities for children, i.e. train rides around Ballard Park, inflatables, games, petting zoo, and much more. Enjoy music that forged the way for Rock-n-Roll. Grab a Sausage Dog Combo and enjoy a Saturday afternoon with the family!

October 20: This 3-day event is a fundraiser for Sanctuary Hospice in Tupelo and always draws a crowd with it’s roundup of vendors. Located in the Tupelo Furniture Market building, this is the perfect way to kick off your Christmas shopping while helping a good cause.
Oktoberfest in Tupelo
October 20: Beer fest brings a splash of German culture to Tupelo. The Die Mitternaechters will be returning to perform at Oktoberfest for the third year in a row. The band is known for their traditional German folk tunes. Guests are encouraged to outshine the band’s traditional German dress with their own costumes. Tickets cost $20 and include an inaugural beer stein and two vouchers for two full-sized beers of choice. Tickets can be purchased at www.tupelomainstreet.com or at the DTMSA office at 108 South Broadway Street in downtown Tupelo. Additional tickets will be available on the website.
