Refresh and Energize Citrus Bath Soak

1 cups epsom salt or sea salt

1 cup powdered milk

2-3 drops orange essential oil

2-3 drops lemon essential oil 

Assorted citrus fruits (we used oranges, lemons, grapefruit and pomelos)

Directions: Mix together dry ingredients. Soak fruit with essential oils and a sprinkle of salt for 5 minutes. Add dry mixture to warm bath and stir in. Add fruit.

Goodnight Lavender Bath Soak

1 cup epsom salt

1/2 cup sea salt

8-12 drops lavender essential oil

crushed lavender

Directions: Mix dry ingredients together. Mix in lavender essential oil. Add 1 / 4 cup to bath for relaxing soak. Store remainder in a container with a secure lid in a cool, dry place.

De-Stress Eucalyptus Bath Soak

1 cup epsom salt

1 cup uncooked, blended oatmeal

1 tablespoon sea salt

8-12 drops of eucalyptus oil

Directions: Mix dry ingredients together, and slowly add in eucalyptus oil. Add 1 / 4 cup to bath. Add a tablespoon of baking soda if not using right away to prevent ingredients from sticking to each other.
