Healthy Lunch Box Inspiration + Peanut Butter Energy Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients until well incorporated.
  2. Cover and chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  3. Mold a heaping tablespoon of the mixture into ball form.
  4. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
  5. Store in refrigerator.
