Malted-milk powder adds complexity and nuttiness to an otherwise sweet holiday drink.
Ingredients
- 4 cups milk
- 1 cup high-quality white chocolate, like Ghirardelli, chopped
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup malted-milk powder
Instructions
- Place the milk, white chocolate, vanilla and salt in a medium saucepan. Whisk over medium-low heat, until the chocolate has melted and the mixture is smooth (do not bring to a boil).
- Remove from heat and immediately add the malted-milk powder. Whisk until dissolved. Serve immediately.
