Nutella raspberry pastries

This recipe has the three things that I want in a recipe: it’s fast, easy and delicious. All you need is puff pastry (I got the frozen kind), some raspberries or other fruit, and Nutella. I chose a heart cookie cutter because it’s still February a.k.a. the month of love ???? but feel free to do whatever shape you would like!

Get your oven preheated to 375°, and let your puff pastry thaw out. Open it up and cut out your shapes, and place them on an ungreased cookie sheet.

After you have all your hearts cut out, place a dollop of Nutella on top of each one. I used about a half of a spoonful for each.

Then, place a raspberry (or two!) right into the Nutella.

After, place them in the oven and let them cook for 15 minutes! And that’s it! Told you it was easy-peasy.

They are excellent warm right out of the oven, but just as delicious when they cool down. Enjoy!
