Overnight Oats

 

Three grab-and-go breakfasts made from real food to start your school or work day off right.

Banana Chocolate Chip

Ingredients:

1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt

1/2 cup rolled oats

2/3 cup unsweetened milk of choice

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon Nutella

pinch of salt

1 tablespoon honey

1/2 ripe banana, mashed

2 tablespoons chocolate chips

Directions: Mix all ingredients well and store in a container with lid for at least 4 hours before serving.


Tropical Fruit

Ingredients:

1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt

1/2 cup rolled oats

2/3 cup coconut milk (in can)

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

pinch of salt

1 tablespoon honey

1/3 cup fresh or canned pineapple, chopped

1/3 cup ripe mango, chopped

1/2 ripe banana, mashed

2 tablespoons unsweetened flaked coconut

Directions: Mix all ingredients well and store in a container with lid for at least 4 hours before serving.


Strawberry Cheesecake

Ingredients:

1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt

1/2 cup rolled oats

2/3 cup unsweetened milk of choice

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

pinch of salt

1 tablespoon honey

1/4 cup fresh strawberries, chopped

3 tablespoons cream cheese, softened

Zest and juice of 1/2 lemon

Directions: Mix all ingredients well and store in a container with lid for at least 4 hours before serving.
