Peach Frosé


  • 1 bottle rosé
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 5 yellow peaches
  • 2 1/2 ounces lemon juice
  • 2 cups ice


  1. Pour rosé into a 9x13 baking dish, and place in the freezer for four hours, or until it’s nearly frozen (it will not freeze completely due to the alcohol content).
  2. Wash peaches and remove pits, cut into quarters; set aside two quarters for later.
  3. In a blender, combine all ingredients except for reserved peaches, and blend until smooth.
  4. Pour in hurricane glasses, and garnish with a peach slice.
