This sweet drink ushers in spring with notes of peach and rosé.
- 1 bottle rosé
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 5 yellow peaches
- 2 1/2 ounces lemon juice
- 2 cups ice
- Pour rosé into a 9x13 baking dish, and place in the freezer for four hours, or until it’s nearly frozen (it will not freeze completely due to the alcohol content).
- Wash peaches and remove pits, cut into quarters; set aside two quarters for later.
- In a blender, combine all ingredients except for reserved peaches, and blend until smooth.
- Pour in hurricane glasses, and garnish with a peach slice.
