If you have ever taken a stab at cross stitch, then you should have no problem picking this up. If you haven’t, it’s sewing on a grid.
We went with a simple geometric design, but you can do whatever design you would like. If you want to do a traditional cross stitch on the pegboard, but be sure to plan it out on a piece of paper first before you get started, so you don’t run out of room.
Things you will need:
-Pegboard (can be cut into smaller pieces at the store)
-different color yarn
The tape can be used to secure the starting piece of yarn down, and also act as a needle point if you wrap it around the very end of the yarn.
The geometric design above was completed in 60-90 minutes.
