Crowd-pleasing Chilies Dip


  • 2 cans chopped black olives
  • 2 large tomatoes or can of tomatoes, chopped
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 2 cans green chilies, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 6 fresh mushrooms, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 ½ tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Combine ingredients. Best if made one day ahead.
  2. Serve with tortilla chips.
