Recipe: Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Energy Bites
- 2/3 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup quick-cooking oats
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Place ingredients in a medium-sized mixing bowl and stir to combine. Chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
- Roll into bite-sized balls and store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
