St. Paddy’s Sangria



1 bottle Pinot Grigio

2 cans lemon lime soda

2 cups green grapes

2 kiwis peeled and thinly sliced

1 green apple thinly sliced

3 sprigs fresh mint leaves

2 limes cut into wedges


Place fruit in the bottom of a pitcher. Pour in wine and soda. If making ahead, cover and refrigerate after pouring in wine, then add soda when ready to serve. If serving immediately, add ice cubes. Enjoy!
