Video: How to Make Mango Salsa

This fresh mango salsa comes together quickly and is the perfect Cinco de Mayo appetizer! Pair it with homemade tortilla chips for a sweet, spicy and colorful crowd-pleaser. To make the chips, cut five flour tortillas into chip-sized rectangles. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with sea salt and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.


3 ripe mangos, diced

1 red bell pepper, chopped

1 jalapeño, seeded and minced

1/2 red onion, chopped

1/4 cup chopped cilantro leaves

1 large lime, juiced

1/4 tsp. salt


Combine all ingredients in a serving bowl and mix well. Let salsa rest for at least 15 minutes for best flavor.
